Hello Leif,
The bass and I have been getting along famously. From the very first
gig on which I played it, my fellow musicians have been commenting
on not only its big, round, sweet sound, but its beautiful appearance
as well. Your colleague in New Jersey set it up perfectly and after
some experimenting with the bridge height, I was able to dial in
the action that was just right for me. The instrument is a joy to
play and as you will soon find out, there are already other bassists
in my area who after coming to one of my gigs, are inquiring about
where to get one. It was definitely worth the wait!
